Low carb diet induction phase - question about candy!

I don't care if it's unhealthy. I started a low-carb diet 2 days ago. Since I am in the induction phase will eating a few pieces of Halloween candy tomorrow night throw the entire starting phase out the window?
Yes, I realize if I'm going to commit to a diet then I shouldn't eat candy. Yes I know I have no willpower. Let's get past the insults and answer the question =) Thank you!

  • If the candy has carbos, yes, you will go back to square one.

  • Yes, but you're only two days in. Have a piece or two..and then right back on. I lost 82 lbs on low carb. It was recommennded by both my priary Dr and my internal medicine Dr. Just try to stick to leaner fats as much as you can.

  • Get your self a good piece of really dark chocolate, or mix some ricotta cheese with cocoa powder and splenda, and eat that instead.

  • yes, if you eat candy, you are back a square one.

    They actually make some pretty decent sugar free stuff if you REALLY need it
