Does anyone drink Propel or other vitamin water drinks?

Could I be getting too many vitamins if I drink 3-4 a day. I hate the taste of regular water.

  • Propel tastes great! I just bought some this weekend. Nestle flavored water is weak but good to lose weight to. Vitamin water is not that great tasting though but htat is imo.

  • Not me. I'm not sure how those drinks work. I'd rather take a daily vitamin. If you hate water, then drink juice, iced tea or some other flavored drinks. My daughter does not like to drink water either, but when I refuse to buy any sugary drinks for a while its funny how water starts to taste "good" to her.

  • We drink Glauceau vitamin water around here mostly because of the better taste. Although that is just a preference. There are many flavors to choose from as well.

  • I love vitamin water... XXX specifically (my husband calls it stripper water lol). I don't really know if it is bad to drink 2-3 a day... and if it is then oh well... I guess I am going to be drinking something bad for me but tastes so good :)

  • Vitamin Water Nutritional Information:
    Nutrition Facts:
Serving Size 8 fl oz; Servings per Container 2.5
    Calories 50
    Total Fat 0g
    Sodium 0mg
    Total Carbohydrate 13g
    Total Sugar 13g
    Protein 0g

Keep in mind, that's an 8oz serving. ONE BOTTLE is 2.5 Servings. So it's more like this:

    Nutrition Facts:
    Calories 125
    Total Fat 0g
    Sodium 0mg
    Total Carbohydrate 32.5g
    Total Sugar 32.5g
    Protein 0g

    NOW, compare that to Coca-Cola:
    ONE 12oz CAN:
    Calories 140
    Total Fat 0g
    Sodium 45mg
    Total Carbohydrate 39g
    Total Sugar 39g

So, to me, Vitamin Water is not THAT much better than a can of Coca-Cola....

Water is the BEST thing for your body.

  • Wow! Looks like there is a big difference in vitamin waters
one bottle=16 oz. 2 servings, per bottle so totals for a bottle are:
    calories 20 calories
    total fat 0
    sodium 75
    carbs 2
    sugars 2
