2 Bumps


I need some suggestions for quick low- count lunch suggestions since I only have about 15-20 minutes to eat at work. I'm eating a hard boiled egg for breakfast along with some bacon strips...dinner I'm doing ok-just the lunch I've having issues with. Thanks for your help.

  • Green Salad w/Grilled Chicken on top or Chicken Salad on top of a bed of Lettuce, Grilled Shrimp or Shrimp Cocktail, Cocktail Meatballs or Weiners, Cut Up Veggies w/ Low Fat Ranch or Bleu Cheese

  • You can wrap cheese and ham or any other cold cut together to make rolls, peanut butter on celery, protein low carb drink
