does kegel exercise help with labor? I meant less pain or easier ?

  • Being able to relax and breathe deeply makes labor easier, faster and less painful. I think Kegel will help you get back in shape faster AFTER childbirth.

  • I honestly believe they helped me push more effectively... the nurses and doctor agree too :) They also help you recover faster after baby is born and with urinary incontinence...

  • I agree with these guys. They help more in recovery, although there may be some benefit while you're in labor. They will help with urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control) that often comes after having a baby.
