Any vegetarians or vegans?

Can you recommend some good books or magazine articles that promote a plant-based diet? I am doing a research paper and need more sources.

  • I stopped eating meat over thirty years ago.

One of the best books on vegetarian nutrition is The China Study by T. Colin Campbell.

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine: http://www.pcrm.org/ and the Vegetarian Resource Group: http://www.vrg.org/ are the best websites for information.

  • I'm a vegetarian. I like www.veggieboards.com and my most favorite cookbook ever is The Veganomican. You can find it on Amazon.

  • I actually read "The Skinny Bitch" and that book is what made me decide to go vegetarian, it's a vegan lifestyle based book, but I love sweets so I can't really kick my dairy habit yet. I hope that helps you!
