  • Positives thoughts and the will of God will be done, if it is in it for you to carry this baby to term if not there is nothing you can do and worrying might even cause it.

  • Do you have a reason to believe you will miscarry?

Truthfully  their is nothing you can do. If you are going to have one you will. Not all pregnancies are meant to be.

  • Trust your self to take care of you and your baby. Eat well, sleep plenty, and take a birthing class. This will introduce you to other moms that you can hopefully find some support in. Also the La Leech league, especially if you are planning on breastfeeding. See you doctor as scheduled, take your prenatal vitamins. And do you best to relax. Worry is like a rocking chair, you do a lot of work but get no were.

  • I know it is so hard to lose your baby, no matter how far along you are. Just remember as long as you are doing everything you can to keep you and your baby healthy then you are doing everything right. It is NEVER your fault.

Keep positive thoughts... positive thoughts can change everything :) and yes, i agree, stay off of the internet...
