HELP I HAVE A HUGE BUTT N HIPS!!

WHAT work out will target my butt and hips, no joke i wear a size 20 freaking 4. that is a 24 im starting to go to a gym and i want to know what will target my butt and hips

  • woman listen: STAIRMASTER if gyms still have that thing! it WORX. also WALKING.... natural or treadmill. i prefer natural on the road! also squats and lunges. even swimming cause lots of kicks. U CAn DO IT. you are probably beautiful but do it for health and for yourself only.

  • is it that much bigger than your top half? i'm that way....my bottom half is a whole size (sometimes 2 sizes) bigger than my top. but anyway, aerobics will help (step aerobics would be great if you like it), exercise bike is ok, they have special macines at the gym for thighs that you squeeze and also one that you lay on your back and push the weights up (sorry, ihave no clue what they're named). but if you're going to a gym just tell the people what you want to focus on and they will show you the machines i (pathetically) tried to describe. gl, and if it makes you feel any better, being pear shape is much healthier than being apple shaped (carrying your weight more in the top half and having skinny legs). but anyway, i know it's frustrating and gl!

  • Cardiac dancing classes, you're on your feet so it gives your bottom half a good workout. Also try squats and pilates that focuses on buns and thighs :) Hope this is somewhat helpful!

  • Walking, Stairmaster, Elliptical. Anything that focuses on the muscles in your thighs and butt.
