what are your tips and tricks for looking younger or awesome for your age?

please share i just turned 40 and want to one-up my regimen, lol. i am happy with self just wish fo rsoem new stuff to kick-start and boost what i do. (water, veggies, vitamins, activity, positivity).

  • Get enough sleep. Use a satin pillowcase. Great for your skin.

  • if you are 40, tell peole you are 50 and watch how you get a ton of complinemnts on how great you look for your age

  • I'm still in my 20's but I'm guessing diet, exercise, and generally taking good care of yourself makes a huge difference. Oh, and watching sun exposure too.

  • Moisturize morning and night, make sure you're getting adequate amounts of food-based vitamin C and zinc, cut back on caffeine and make sure you're getting enough sleep.
