Any suggesstions on getting through nausea in the first trimester?

Ive tried more of a liquid diet that didnt help. I've tried saltines. And ive tried a few other things

  • I would try tea and crackers

  • Try smaller meals more often. Eat light, high carb meals (stuff like crackers, toast, bread, etc.) 6 times a day instead of three large ones 3 times a day. This has helped me immensely, I've only been since once and I'm through my first trimester. Though, I can't guarentee that that's because I eat smaller meals, I just think so. GL!

  • Flat ginger ale and taking the prenatal vitamins later in the day helped me a lot. Also, peppermint tea and saltines.

  • For me I learned that staying full always help with my nausea and not eating made it worse. But everyone different.
