What's a good way to roast pumpkin seeds?

Can you please share an easy/yummy way to make them?

  • Pour some melted butter on them, mix them up with salt and put them in a roasting pan. Roast them @250 for 1 hour turning regularly until they're golden brown.

  • Soak in salt, then toss with olive oil and roast at 400 degrees til golden brown.

  • Wash away all of the pumpkin strings. I use a mesh colander. Lay them out to dry over night. Toss with butter or olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. Roast at 250 for about an hour and a half, turning frequently. You can leave out the garlic, but we like it.
