Can I turn any recipe low carb? Like this amazing pumpkin cookie that I LOVE but it's full of flour and sugar. So can I use almond flour and splenda instead? or do recipes just not work like that?

I just use regular splenda. Some recipes you can substitute the almond flopour and it works..some you just can't.. Here is a link.
