how can i get my 6week old to sleep more at nite?

she sleeps more in the day time then she does at nite

  • Try to keep her up during the day is all I can suggest thats what I always do with my babies.

  • I agree with 405mom try to keep her up in the day.Then make her fall asleep at night til she gets in the habit by herself

  • Keep active during the day by wearing her in a sling or wrap baby wearing so she is well stimulated. let her fall asleep if she wants but keep up acyivity and light, don't be iet or put her in a room alone -- you want her to associate day with action. At night keep it low key, low lights, and don't interact except to fuddle, change and feed. room sharing helps to so baby learns the sounds an actions of night and feels safe.
