cookie sheet for pumpkin seeds> greased or ungreased?

they will be mixed with oil, but still, do I grease up the baking sheet or not? thanks!

  • no, ungreased. actually my dear dad who LOVEd makign these every year, wouldnt even oil them just rinse them. Salt heavily. I wonder if some sort of spcie would be good on them liek cinnamon or onion powder? anyway just roast and make sure to shake them around and toss them a bit to keep from actually birning. a leeeetle color is ok. enjoy! i didnt make these this year darn

  • u r welcome! they will be yummy -- let cool obviously before eating, and let cool OFF the pan if possible like on a flat surface thats not hot
