What is your favorite kind of fish to prepare at home?

  • Tilapia or sword fish. With the tilapia, I bread it in a coconut batter and fry it. With the swordfish, I marinate it in an italian type marinade and grill it.

  • Most fish is great on the BBQ. We often do Salmon and Halibut since those 2 are plentiful here in Alaska. Also deep fried halibut is awesome but very messy.

  • fried tilapia or cod (anything white and meaty). Yes i fry it lightly dredged in flour and egg, and have with tartar sauce. i also liek to boil king crab legs and eat with melted butter. also to boil shrimp and eat cold with cocktial sauce. also salmon is so easy just roast it/bake it with skin up. i also liek to eat sardines and smoked oysters here and there. and herring in wine sauce or sour cream God i love it.

  • Either fried catfish or grilled salmon. Lol, I look my liking to salmon from when I lived in Alaska, and the catfish from living in Alabama. Talk about opposite ends of the country.
