Which teas are unsafe to drink while pregnant?

I love hot tea but I've read on some sites that certain teas are unsafe but no site specifies exactly which ones...

  • I usually drink the yogi brand chai roobus, green tea, and sometimes the throat therapy (lemon flavored) but I've started drinking beyond organic because it has more fruit flavored teas.

  • Ordinary tea is sfe and healthy but the herbal teas are best avoided . None are tested by the FDA or any other organisation and manufacturers' claims cannot be trusted .
