    It really depends on my mood, right now my comfort food is nutella spread on a warm english muffin

    My favorite restraunt has a pasta dish called Fagotini, translated it means beggars purse. Its a little pasta purse filled with ricotta cheese and pears, with a mascarpone and ham sauce over top, SO good!

  • right now I would like some baked cheese grits made with several real cheeses or baked mac and cheese with a couple of drops of truffle oil.Tomorrow it could be different.Oh wait some mushroom asparagus risotto made with mushroom broth and sherry.I have to stop because we have a fundraiser dinner for athletics tonight and it will be a lot of fun but not tasty.
