  • What have you been sending so far? Some suggestions are: a fruit, single packs of dried fruit or snack crackers, fruit cups, teddy grahams, trail mix, string cheese, yogurt, muffins...) How old is he?

  • trail mix with pretzels, m&ms, cheese crackers..pretty much mix 3 of anything.

    slice of banana bread

    organic z bars

    any fresh fruits
    apple slices with pb
    dried fruits

  • There are a lot of really cool/cute things that can be made from fruits, veggies, etc. Disney's Family Fun is a GREAT sight to check out. They make Faces, monsters, cars etc that are healthy & make it fun for kid's to eat. Best of luck. :)

  • You can get yougurt, fresh fruit, granola, etc and make your own parfaits! :) Let him make some too. Then he can either take it that way or you can freeze it and let him have it as a treat. :)

    You can let him help you make up some creations. Let him name the and then send them to school.

    That way he can be proud of what was made and brag to everyone. :) And it'll be healthy.

    Trail Mix (Original Chex Mix Trail Mix with added M&M's and Mini Oreos is my favorite. Or you can make a homemade batch)
    Fruits W/Dip
    Veggies W/Dip
    Combos (Those pretzle pizza toppings or cheese filled snacks)
    Fruit Gummi Snacks
    Homemade Tortilla Chips and dip
    Granola Bars

  • Slices of apples w/ fruit dip
    crackers/pretzels w/ cheese
    celery & peanut butter
    Welch's fruit snacks
    Granola Bars
    rice krispy (homemade) treats that he's helped u prepare
    jello w/ fruit cocktail
    pickle slices
    cut his sandwich into shapes
    frosted animal crackers
    take his favorite cereal & add some nuts, dried fruit , chocolate morsels, & marshmallows to make Trailmix
    Honey Grahms cereal w/ melted white chocolate is a tasty snack

    Just b creative w ur meals . Let him take part in packing his lunch . Have fun & wish ya luck !!!!!!
