What would make a dog pee so much at one time that it leaves a puddle 2 feet in circumference?

I'm sure he's got something going on, but what? Anyone ever seen this before? I am taking him to the vet, so that's not what I'm asking.

  • We had an English sheepdog that would pee like a minute straight every morning. He just had a huge bladder and drank alot!

  • I'm wondering about the accuracy of the size of this puddle though. For instance, if you pour a cup of water out on the ground, it will cover a good bit of ground. My dog always pees for like two minutes in the morning.

  • He's not very big. He's a corgie, jack russel mix. He's not even 13 inches tall. He never peed that much before. And I'm not worried about accuracy here, I know it's not normal for him. It was under the kitchen table and it was a huge puddle. He peed in his crate the other night too, and he was just swimming in his own pee. I felt so bad!
