Have you ever had your ds send off to nintendo to be repaired?

How much did it cost?

Will they give me a bit of money to get the broken one back? To sell as refurbished?

  • No but my BIL did. It was about 50-60 (I don't remember but it struck me as less than I thought it would be) to fix replace the touch screen.

  • We sent DS in when the battery blew up and they fixed it at no cost.

  • My friend actually just sent hers out today and she said $60 with shipping but it is still under warranty. Otherwise it would be close to $85.

I really don't understand your second question so I can't help you out there.

  • I had to send my sons to get fixed. It was a month past the warranty and they still fixed it for free. Then it wasn't repairable so they sent a new one!
