  • dump cake, peanut butter cookies, pretty much any kind of baking here because I'm always stocked for it, but those are low on ingredients.

  • Dump cake is easy. One dish I do for a friend that is dieting is use low calorie jello, let it set up until it starts to thicken, add fat free cool whip and a can of mixed fruit. She loves it, it's very good.

  • Flourless chocolate cake, most kinds of drop cookies, brownies, mayonaise cake, etc. I bake all of my own desserts from scratch, so almost always have the ingredients for something on hand.
