how can i get pregnant without fertility drugs

ive been trying forrrreevvver to get pregnant but i just dont know what im doing wrong and i dont want to take fertility drugs because they can cause birth defects.

  • Well first off I do not think that is a correct statement but you could start with figuring our your cycle and the days you are ovulating so you know when you are fertile. Invest in some tests that can help with that.

  • If it's been "forrrreevvver", you may consider getting help by a fertility specialist, because "forrrreevvver" can become a very short time. The older you get, the faster time flies, and just yesterday you're 25 and today you're 40. Fertility is such a tricky thing.

  • Keep track of when you ovulate and during that week have sex every other day.

  • Have you and your SO been checked to make sure everything is in working order? Ya if that is all good then just like all the others said above track your cycle and go from there. GL
