  • Carrots, tomatoes, cucumber slices, mushrooms, cold garbanzo and/or kidney beans, boiled egg crumbles, bleu/cheddar/feta cheese, beets, alfafa sprouts, croutons, sesame seeds.

  • Stuffed tomatoes (rice, tuna)... cold cuts, cheese table, celery & blue cheese.... and my favorite: DEVIL EGGS!

  • Green onions hold up better than regular onions. Blue cheese or Feta cheese crumbles, or julienne cheddar or Swiss. Cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, marinated beans. crackers.

    Shredded Cheese .. I'd do two different kinds, and maybe even Parmasean Cheese.

  • Spinach, arugula, romaine lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, radish, carrots, peas, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, sprouts, mushrooms, black olives, green olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, low calorie cheese, homemade croutons, sun flower seeds, toasted almonds and homemade dressings. I like to make ginger dressing, balsamic vinaigrette and a raspberry vinaigrette.
