  • I agree with mompam. I immediately thought "Carolyn" when I read the name. Cara as a first name and Lynn as a middle name would be nice.

  • I think carolyn and caralynn are 2 different names... and sound different when you say them, so if the OP wants it to sound like CARAlynn then it is adorable...but if it is suppose to sound like Carolyn, then.......

  • I like the traditional spelling – Carolyn. I don't like weird spellings. People will constantly spell it wrong.

  • I think different spelling makes the name unique esp. if it's used a lot.
