when filing for bankruptcy can you put payday loans in with the bankruptcy? Does anyone know?

so we've been struggling financially we've gotten payday loans and still owe on a couple having no other option for money We're thinking to file for bankruptcy because the loans have made it so we can't pay our other bills can we include them in the bankruptcy?? Also will this effect our credit for life so we can never get another car or even get a future home? anyone have any experience with this?

  • Yes. When you file bankruptcy, you have to declare ALL of your debts. You also have to account for all your money, so if you have a checking or savings account, they will be checking into them too. (no pun intended) LOL!
