What song from the 80's or 90's still gives you goosebumps?

This one does it for me:

If it wasn't for my dd being asleep upstairs I'd turn the volume up and make flow through the whole house!
Oh well, if she wakes up, I could play "Lullaby" to her.
I don't know, he has just one of these voices ... Love it.

  • "Wuthering Heights" by Kate Bush , "Sometimes" by James, and "Fade Into You" by Mazzy Star (all of which are on my player on my profile page if you've never heard them) are hauntingly beautiful to me. "Alive and Kicking" by Simple Minds always makes me feel kind of shivery in a good way. "It's My Life" by Talk Talk, "Voices Carry" by Til Tuesday, and "Lay Your Hands On Me" by the Thompson Twins (not Bon Jovi) all have the chill factor for me.
I could keep going on and husband thinks it's funny how moved I get by music, and that my favorite songs are the ones that give me serious chills.

  • Boys of Summer. The black and white video still gives me the goosebumps. I love that song!
Never give you up is a cult classic on Youtube and my son who is 14 says everyone from his age group loves that song. That is a perfect example of an 80's song that stood the test of time. As for 90's Madonna's hits and Sweet Child of Mine and of course Welcome to the Jungle is a great song used in so many pre football games to warm up the team!

  • OP, what are the songs in the links you posted? For some reason, when I try to copy/paste them, you tube says they're not available in my country. I'm in the US! Anyway, I was just curious as to what songs they are.
