  • What type of business is it?

Have you (or anyone else) filed a complaint with the company in regards to the mold?

Has anyone contaced OSHA in regards to the mold if the business owner's/managers have not addressed & rectified (or at least tried to) the issue?

Yes, some forms of mold can be dangerous &/or cause health issues.

  • Why not just report it to the appropriate person at the company and give them an opportunity to address it.
To take legal action before doing that is poor business.

  • Yes, that goes against the health code. You can either file a complaint with your boss or you can file a complaint with your local health department.
