What should I be eating if I suspect I'm prego?

I'm not sure if I am. I just want to be careful if I am. What should I be eating and what shouldn't I be eating.

  • Don't eat any fish that contains Mercury

  • yes stay away from fish crab oysters any thing seafood or raw like sushi.......cook ur eggs all the way.....cut out soda coffee or majorly cut greesy foods.......basicly eat fruits veggies and plenty of protien and take pre natal vitamins.....evevn though u think you are its best to start taking them becasue its very important for the baby and best to be taking them before ur even prego

  • Spinach....leafy greens, artichokes, beans, asparagus. Stay away from sushi.

  • Natural orange juice, good for folic acid. Foods that contain good fats. A pregnancy vitamin.

  • My doc has me on a prenatal vitamin, a DHA vitamin (if it's not in the prenatal already), and a calcium supplement.

    Stay away fromseafood that is high in mercury, undercooked meats including eggs, alcohol, unpasteurized foods, & excessive caffeine.
    Eat foods that are good for you such as fruits & vegetables, protein, etc.
