Websites to track weight loss?

I've been thinking that since I have started getting super serious about weight loss and getting back in shape I might start blogging about it. I want to have some charts so I know statistically how much I've lost. If you ever watch Kirsty Alley's show she had something like this I just can't remember what it was...

  • I like DiscoveryHealth's charts. It keeps track of your caloric intake, your starting weight, graphs it all out for you, as well as tracking your exercise.
