You want to avoid most artificial sweeteners that are in most diet drinks and drink mixes. Ones to avoid are aspartame and saccharin. You can find them on the ingredients labels. The only artificial sweetener that is recommended for pregnant women to use is splenda. Ask your ob for the lists of foods that are healthy for a pregnant woman to eat while pregnant. Also make sure to drink 3 or 4 glasses or bottles of water a day.
