  • While it's actually healthier to "eat" water than to drink it. Drinking water is great for your body! Staying well hydrated keeps your joints fluid, your muscles strong and lean, flushes your system of extra toxins, proteins and fats, keeps your skin from drying out or aging early... Over 80% of our bodies are made up of water, not having enough only causes health issues...

  • It is very very good for you if you dont drink or have water in your body your muscles will start to cramp badly , your skin with stay looking youthful and glow. It is very well needed

  • If you drink cold water, you can boost your metabolism because your body needs to warm it up, therefore you can burn some calories.
