  • Walking, If i try to push myself to run I get burnt out and stop working out sooner. I have walked at least 10 miles this week on a 2% incline at a 3mph rate..i do get hot and sweaty and it doesnt feel soo much as a work out to me as much as it feels i am just being healthy. :)

  • both maybe start out walking then run but don't push yourself because then you might want to quit and then walk to get your heart rate back down and to keep you moving. lol or walk and just play chase with your kids!!! you and the kids have fun while both you and the kids get exerscise

  • Walking. Due to knee surgery and other issues.. including being extremely ungraceful.. The idea of running only means falling faster..lol
