  • I go to the gym everyday except Sunday, I run/walk on an incline for 30 minutes on the treadmill, then spend another 30 minutes doing weight training and alternating muscle groups in different days, I love it on my way there now!

  • I used to do 30 minutes a day...that's been cut back to 30 minutes 3 times per week...I just can't seem to find the time *pout*

  • I'm starting a 90 Day Challenge this week!! But on top of that I chase after a 1 & 2 yr old, take them on daily walks pushing them in a double stroller, LOVE my Wii Fit and I coach gymnastics :-)

  • Monday I run 5 miles (8 min mile pace or 7.5 mph) and do a body works class
    Tuesday - long run day - usually 12 miles at an 8.5 min mile pace or 7 MPH
    Wesdnesday - Moderate run - 8 miles at 8 minutes mile pace
    Thursday - body works class followed by kickboxing class
    Friday - long run - 12 miles
    Saturday - kickboxing
    Sunday - I either rest or do a short run

    All the running is because I'm training for a half marathon

  • I just got an elliptical. I am just starting on that. My goal is to do 30 minutes a day.

  • I do 45 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week and weights for 30 minutes 3 days a week.
