  • yes... no, I don't smoke it...and I won't suddenly start if it does become legal. I just think it should be legal.

  • Eventually it will be... Just got to get the thick minded people who have no clue how the law would have worked to understand it. YOU CAN NOT SMOKE in your CAR... It would have been regulated just like alcohol... If you want the millions who smoke it to buy from the drug lords and keep them in business rather than help the economy then sure don't legalize it.   People aren't thinking of the benefits, the economic benefits for one, not to mention wiping out the seedy back alley drug deals.

  • Why is it illegal in the first place?
    Medically, it is less harmful than alcohol, and tobacco. There is no proof that long term use affects mental abilities, or brain development.
    Yes it alters your mind, but so does caffine and alcohol and they're legal.

    It is easily grown, with very little social impact. It someone does cannabis, they are a lot less destructive than they are drunk, and a lot less violent.
    Adults should be able to make their own descisions when it comes to things that only affect them.
