  • May be helpful for those who see their children as nuisances... Doesn't really strike a cord with me though.
    And I am NOT implying YOUR son is a nuisance! It simply doesn't have much meaning to me.

  • Doesn't do anything for me, personally (my kiddos aren't an inconvenience)...but I get what OP is saying....SOME women definitely need to read and remember this quote.

  • This was meant to maybe stir some guilt in those that feel their children are disrupting their lives. As in, My baby is clingy, my baby won't sleep all night, my baby wants to eat all the time...

  • it is hard in a day when women work outside of the home to not see our freedom compromised. The beauty of womanhood is the fact we are raising the next generation with a greater understanding of true equality and also an example of how important it is to be nurtured. We realize the gift when we allow ourselves the right to be nurtured as well. It is a natural right when bringing in another human being.
