At what week/day did you deliver your first? How long was the labor?

Just another curiosity question from yours truly but I'm just honestly curious because I am fast approaching D-day.

  • 41 weeks I guess... I was 5 days late. I went into labor around midnight. I charted my contractions all night until about 6am when they were really close together. I went to the hospital and had him at 8:42am. I was 19, I had him naturally, he was 8 pounds 221/2 inches. It was a great birth.

  • i was induced due to his size at 38wks (and he was over a lb more than they estimated) so I'm not actually sure HOW long the labor would have lasted. They started pitocin at 730am Thursday, and I had him at 511am Friday. It only took me 7 minutes after I hit 10cm to have him, though.

  • I delivered on a tuesday because that is when my Dr. did inductions. Labor was short with 4-5 pushes & my Son was born. It went smoothly like clockwork. Easy as pie.

  • I love some of you had such an easy time pushing. I so do not see myself that lucky. I;m sorry some had teh c-sections after trying and laboring so long.
