Back pain and swollen feet?

I am 5 months pregnant and I have back pain like no other; any ideas how to calm it down? Tylenol doesn't help. (I also would like add that I have always been on the bigger side;; boobs and all) and the same with the bottom of my feet they just started swelling I put a heating pad and elevate is there anything else to do?

  • Swollen feet sounds like water retention. Stay away from the salty foods for awhile and keep your feet elevated, if you can. Have your SO rub your back when he's home.

  • Drink green tea. It's a natural diuretic. It will help flush the excess water from your system.
