How to get rid of migraines naturally?

I have serious migraine and don't want to take prescription drugs, so does anyone have done any natural ways to get rid of a migraines?

  • theres some Chinese oil, dont know what it was called but Iused it a few years back and it really helped me sometimes. You supposed to rub in on you forehead and massage it on you sides.

  • My DD had problems with them. She hired a nutritionalist. She says it has made all the difference in the world. Good luck.

  • sleep in a dark room is the best.

    Coffee or Chocolate small amount will help. (sometimes)

  • You can drink anything with caffeine or try OTC Excedrin migraine--you said you didn't want anything prescription. These are the best things, but I also use ice on my head and go into a dark room for awhile.

  • my fiance swears by caffiene... just a bit will help him fend off a migrane... but he knows that he HAS to have some coffee or soda as soon as he feels it coming on, not in 15 minutes... or it doesnt work...

  • I find that cafine, water, or asprin work well for me and of course sleep. I usually drink a coke and drown myself in water
