  • Yeah as long as it isn't raw. You should stay away from fish high in mercury tho

  • That is one of the few things on the DO NOT EAT WHILE PREGNANT list. No, it's not safe.

  • My doctor said shellfish was safe. I always did some research before eating a type of fish though and would check how high in mercury it was.
