Do you know how to cook pumpkin and winter squash?

Cut it in half and put in a broiler pan with an inch of water and steam for 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. OR until the squash is easily peirced with a fork. It is so freaking easy.
I hate all these recipes calling for cubing the squash first that is gonna kill some one.

  • I cut the squash in half and put it on a baking sheet cut side down.Place it in a 350 degree oven and bake ubtil the skin can be pierced with a fork.I do not remove the seeds until I'm ready to serve it,or mash it.I do pumpkin the same way.
