I was the same way with my son...Make sure you drink a lot of water for the feeling like your going to faint and try not to stay on your feet for long periods of time. Also when you stand up dont just jump up and start running lol take your time. When you start to feel this way try to sit down and relax for a few until it passes. Hope things get better!
