any good ideas to beat sevear nausea?!

i swear im starting to regret getteng pregnant !
im always soooooo sick but i never thow up!
i seriously hate it
hlp mee please!!!

  • clear semi sweet fluids and PROTEIN

    Unisom works great too and is safe throughout pregnancy

  • I took ginger root capsules to help my nausea. They weren't perfect, but did help tremendously. Also saltines, ginger ale and plain toast. I had nausea my entire pregnancy with my daughter and all those helped to an extent. Of course I would actually vomit, not only being nauseas the whole time, but yeah those things helped a little. GL and I know how much morning sickness sucks!!!

  • Always keep some type of cracker with you, pretzels, rice cakes, anything bland. Clear liquids like water, gingerale, and sprite also help. I went to my doc appt today and got sick there and she gave me some gingerale and peanut butter crackers :) that helped!!!

  • i had extremely bad nausea, i drank ginger ale, ate saltines and ginger snaps. my doctor also told me to take vitamin b6 and half a unisom before bed and it worked wonders. good luck.
