What advice would you give a teenage girl about life?

I tell my dd's not to want to grow up to fast they just don't know the responsibilities grown ups have. It seems easy to them because we make sure they have everything they need and some of their wants. There's no going back once they are there whether it's by age or having children at an early.

  • I would tell them to enjoy being young, because you will miss it when it's gone! I was in such a hurry to be an adult and some days I wish I could just go back and be a kid again!

  • All VERY good answers! I want to add to never sell yourself short and always respect yourself bc no one is going to respect you unless you respect yourself first.

  • Don't try to be married in high school, date around and find the right person. Mostly have fun have more guy friends than serious relationships. Use protection
