  • When she asks for it.

When their ears are so little, it's really hard to get them in the right position. Mine are all screwed up, one grew really high and one grew really low. I hate having them pierced.
Why would you want to do body modifications unless she wants them? It should be her choice, it's a purely cosmetic thing.

  • When she is old enough to make the decision herself & take care of them herself.

  • What's the rush? Her ears will be there when she gets older. Wy do people feel the need to pierce them anyway?

  • Does she want it, will she enjoy it, will they make her look cuter, NO?.....then why bother!

Its all for you.....and will cause her pain...wait until she is old enough to want it and pick out her own earrings...why the rush?

  • My daughter is 9 and doesn't WANT her ears pierced, at least not yet anyway. I'm so glad I didn't have it done when she was a baby!

  • personally i would wait until she is old enough to beg for them. that way she could be responsible for cleaning them. i feel so bad that ppl do that to their little babies! your child is 100% beautiful and doesnt need jewerly to be cute... i wonder - why you would want to give your child unnecessary pain... no judgement i just dont understand!
