  • My son eats everything. So we do carrot sticks, peanut butter crackers, grapes, graham crackers, cheese sticks, yogurt, apples. Really all fruits, most veggies that can be eaten raw, and cheese and crackers!

  • A few quick and easy suggestions..
Fruit rollups- whole grain or whole wheat sandwich wrap (cut in half to make them smaller) spread with a thin layer of cream cheese and then add dried fruits such as berries, or fresh fruit cut up small or sliced thin, also seeds make a healthy topping to add..anyways thats the basic idea just roll it up.

Dips! Most kids love dips, so cut up fruits and veggies, wheat crackers, cheese chunks are good dunking choices. Yogurt dips are yummy..you can simply use yogurt that already has fruit mixed in as a dip. Another healthy thing is to sprinkle wheat germ into things like yogurt..theyll never know its there!

Cereal snack mixes- Cheerios, dried fruits, seed, nuts (if not allergic or too small to choke), other healthy cereals such as the kashi line, dark chocolate chips to make it a little more appealing.

Smoothies! Call them a milk shake if need be..tons of great recipes online

  • Non parishable snacks i do raisins, dried fruits, cheerios (or kiddos fave healthy cold cereal), fruit leathers, cereal bars, granola bars. For parishable ones we do fresh fruits and veggies, finger sandwiches, yogurt, etc
