  • Tonight is left-over meat night. We have some left over pot roast from Tues and left over pork tenderloin from last night. So we will reheat those and fix biscuits and a veg with it.

  • Talapia! So easy! I sprinkle paprika on it and then grated parmesan cheese. Bake 20 min. in a 450 oven. The edges get cristy and wonderful!
