Georgia is one month old. What kinds of things can I do with her for play time?

  • Tummy time. Talk to her, depends on how strong her neck is and if she is grabbing at things- kids are all different but tetures and lots of red and yellow soft, big toys.

  • Talk to her face to face. Try to get her to smile. She is young for playtime. Put her under her mobile, my kids loved that.

  • At this age I think you just talk to them, sing softly, read to them, rub their backs and hold them. It's a time for bonding so they love to make eye contact and hearing your voice and feeling your touch. At about four months old you can introduce soft crib toys and they will enjoy them then. For now just enjoy your baby and get some sleep when you can.
