  • Repeal. We didn't change insurance companies or anything about our coverage. Our premiums just went up $1,200 per year. How's that for affordable health care. It is all a scam. It always was.

  • Yes. I do.

  • I would like to see it repealed and start over with some common sense reforms. Starting with tort.

  • You will be fined if you don't have a health care policy. It is part of the bill that they passed and that Obama signed. The IRS will make sure that you have paid for a policy (proof will be part of your tax returns every year). If you don't purchase a policy they will fine you. If you willfully refuse to pay, they can put you in jail. And since it is signed, it IS a law until and IF they can repeal it.

  • Coffeeyum, it's in the new healthcare bill. You are fined if you don't have health insurance. It is absolutely a law.

    Yes, I want it repealed.

  • I want them to repeal the 1099 part immediately!!!!!! It is a HUGE burden on ALL businesses.

  • I believe they aren't writing new policies because the guidelines have not yet been defined and they don't want to be in violation of the law. If our government wasn't in such a damned hurry to pass something that wasn't complete we wouldn't have problems like this. If you really need to point a finger, point it at Kathleen Sebelius for slacking off on her job. The insurance companies are just doing what they are told to do.  Fabulous reform, isn't it?  Your government working hard  hardly working for your money.

  • Coffee it is law ...if you read the bill you will come across it eventually ..2,000+ pages of crap..the only good part is those with pre-existing conditions wont be denied..bu that could be handled differently without this monsterous bill..and it does nothing to decrease costs.I would love to see it repealed.
