why am I not receiving any more CafeMom newsletters to my email?

First it told me, for some unknown reason, that my email was invalid...however I never changed it. I did, however, request it to be updated but still am not receiving anything. I also do have CafeMom added in my address book, so it's not going to spam either. TIA
