What would you serve with veggie stew and wheat rolls?

I was thinking of salad, but that seems kind of redundant since there are veggies in the soup.

  • i might serve a salad. i probably wouldnt serve anything else, but i would pork or beef in the stew for sure. and actually maybe some potatoes. i would either put potatoes in it, or serve potatoes on the side.

  • I think that's more than enough. We usually serve of beef and vegetable stew with dinner rolls or shepherd's bread.

  • Yeah, I'm going to do dessert.... going to have guests, so it just kind of seemed too simple to just have soup and bread.
