  • I don't really care. I try to eat healthy food, eat real meals (not just fast food, or microwave meals), cook a variety of things, and splurge occasionally on the "fun" foods so that I'm happy and don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.

  • I count my cals daily through I've lost 57 lbs and 46" off my body doing this for less than a year. I am in maintenance mode now...I hit my goal weight and clothing size within 9 months.

  • i dont keep a written track but i keep a mental track...recalling what i had for lunch so i know how many cals i can have for dinner, that kinda thing. i use to keep stricter tabs on it but im pregnant now so i have a little leeway.

  • Yes. If you know how many calories you're consuming it's much easier to keep yourself in control. I try to eat 5 meals a day consuming about 300 calories at each meal.

  • I don't keep track of my calorie intake. I eat healthy, well balanced meals, exercise and I am not gaining any unwanted weight so I think I am doing pretty good.

  • I tracked my calories for about a week to see where I was at. It gave me perspective and insight into what foods were putting me over the top. Now I know I am within my acceptable caloric intake and try to maintain without thinking about it too much.
